Service processing - returns management
Simple returns with our returns tool for standard goods

3 months return period
- You can return your item within 3 months of the delivery date. Register the return as usual using the returns tool.
- Pack the product securely for transportation and enclose the return bill. Stick the shipping label generated for the order on the box.
- Take the parcel to the post office within the next 14 days. The return shipment is at your own expense. We will process your return as quickly as possible.
- A processing fee of at least €20 or 10% of the value of the returned goods will be charged for each registered return.
- We will send you a refund in the form of a credit note.

- The goods must be in perfect condition (unlabeled original packaging, without signs of use)
- Ready-made articles, articles with sample discount and discontinued articles are excluded from return
